Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, contacting us through our forms, or signing an engagement agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be supplemented by a separate written agreement for specific services.

Services Description

RecoverRank provides online reputation management services including content removal, brand monitoring, review building, software development, and AI automation. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or service agreement.

We do not guarantee the removal of every piece of content. Our removal work is performance-based — you only pay when content is successfully removed according to the terms of your engagement. Platform policies and legal constraints may affect outcomes, and we provide honest assessments of likelihood before engagement begins.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your situation
• Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
• Not use our services for illegal purposes or to harass others
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided
• Not submit false or misleading claims about content or individuals

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of RecoverRank or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

For software development and AI automation projects, all code and deliverables are owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in your engagement agreement. RecoverRank retains the right to use generalized knowledge and methodologies developed during the course of work.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecoverRank and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for: (a) platform decisions to reject takedown requests, (b) content that reappears after removal, (c) damages resulting from delayed response by third-party platforms, or (d) business losses resulting from negative content during the engagement period.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecoverRank, its team members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive venue for any disputes shall be the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees unless otherwise agreed.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or direct email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For active engagements, the Terms in effect at the time of your signed agreement will govern unless both parties agree otherwise.
